I believe that if a person works single-mindedly toward their goal with strong determination, success becomes inevitable despite many difficulties. This, in fact, is the secret of my success.

In the initial days, when I wanted to quit my job at Deutsche Bank and start my own venture with limited resources, many considered it a big risk. However, I still decided to establish my startup, ICCPL, without any financial support from anyone—using just ₹5,000 from my savings.

Whether it was luck, my strength, or a well-planned strategy, today, ICCPL is counted among the renowned agencies in India. Not only that, but my passion for success also led me to take on many other risky ventures, which are now widely appreciated. One such venture is the establishment of DigiComm Marketing Services LLP, one of India’s best digital marketing agencies.

Apart from this, I also launched Bayside Corporations, a real estate consultancy and brokering firm based on my research, knowledge and contributions to the real estate sector within and beyond Delhi NCR. Over time, I also expanded into digital marketing (DigiComm), creative solutions (Studio 360), political analysis (Under the Mission: Lead India), and workspace solutions (FindMyCowork).

My business strategy and communication expertise has earned me numerous awards, including Businessworld’s “40 Under 40” in 2019, and I actively mentor startups, helping them grow and succeed. My journey has brought me many achievements, including recognition by the Government of India and features in several renowned newspapers.

However, even after all this, I still don’t feel that I have achieved the ultimate result I was looking for. Instead, I continuously strive to do something new every day and keep learning.

Being a family man, I have better understood my responsibilities and learned how to build meaningful relationships. I have always believed that actions speak louder than words, and I have tried to earn people’s love and respect through my actions rather than mere words.

I strongly believe that success is never the achievement of just one individual—no one can build an empire alone. Rather, success is a collective effort where support comes in various forms. That is why I always strive to ensure that my colleagues, partners, associates, and employees remain an integral part of my success. I consider them my extended family and encourage them to contribute to their own growth as well.
